Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop AI solutions aimed at enhancing company research, document analysis, meeting summaries, and reporting.

• Integrate AI technologies with internal systems, CRM platforms, and corporate data.

• Automate repetitive tasks while assessing improvements in efficiency and accuracy.

• Validate the outputs generated by AI and implement human review processes when necessary.

• Safeguard confidential information.

• Maintain AI solutions and thoroughly document processes.

• Provide training to team members.

• Guide shortlisted interviewers through work you have personally created.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in software development or automation, including a minimum of 1 year focused on building AI applications.

• Proficient in Python.

• Knowledge of APIs and SQL.

• Practical experience in developing AI applications using OpenAI or Anthropic APIs.

• Experience in integrating AI applications with business systems.

• Competence in validating AI outputs.

• Familiarity with document processing and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Availability during US business hours.

• Experience in the financial services sector is an advantage.

• Submission of a résumé and a link to a personally developed AI solution through GitHub, portfolio, or recorded demonstration is required.

• A project example demonstrating the problem solved, your personal contribution, and the results achieved is mandatory.

• Ability to complete a brief practical assessment if you are shortlisted.
