Applied AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver AI features from start to finish (model → system → user experience)

• Create and refine prompts, tools, memory, and agent workflows

• Convert raw model outputs into structured, reliable, and predictable actions

• Troubleshoot issues throughout the entire stack (model, orchestration, infrastructure, UX)

• Enhance performance for latency, cost, and production dependability

• Establish lightweight evaluation frameworks to assess real-world performance

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to transform ambiguous challenges into functional systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid background in machine learning and contemporary neural network frameworks.

• Practical experience in training, fine-tuning, or deploying ML models

• Capable of writing clean, production-ready code

• Comfortable navigating various abstraction layers (model → infrastructure → product)

• Strong analytical skills in uncertain, fast-paced situations

• Inclination towards delivering, iterating, and continuous enhancement
