Applied AI Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the discovery and scoping processes with VP and C-level stakeholders, translating technical capabilities into business impact.

• Manage technical implementations in customer VPCs, on-premises Docker hosts, and secured networks.

• Address SSO, enterprise OAuth, and egress-policy challenges during pilot phases.

• Engineer data connectivity utilizing Model Context Protocol (MCP) and create reliable, trustworthy context layers.

• Recognize adjacent business functions and high-value use cases to broaden customer engagement.

• Represent SnapLogic’s agentic AI perspective during briefings and competitive scenarios.

• Document field successes into repeatable go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with core engineering teams utilizing the Claude Agent SDK.

• Incorporate field realities, edge cases, and customer requirements into the product roadmap.

• Travel frequently to customer locations, up to 50%, for discovery workshops and prototyping sprints.

• Outstanding executive presence and the capability to manage pushback from senior enterprise leaders.

• A hunter mentality and comfort in generating momentum within ambiguous situations.

• Profound understanding of valuable enterprise AI applications, technical realities, and commercial trade-offs.

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with Linux, Docker, networking, major cloud platforms, and enterprise SSO/OAuth.

• Practical experience in building or deploying production systems driven by LLMs or AI agents, beyond mere prototypes.

• Commitment to educate client teams, empower internal advocates, and document scalable operational guides.
