This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Operate within a dynamic environment, responsible for advancing multiple customer opportunities at once.
• Lead technical discovery discussions together with a Solution Consultant to collect customer requirements, workflows, and objectives for generative AI.
• Collaborate with Adobe Sales to engage customer executives in identifying challenges and opportunities for value delivery, subsequently translating these into Adobe solutions.
• Design, architect, and estimate comprehensive technical and custom development AI solutions that align with customer needs.
• Work in tandem with a team of software engineer consultants, both onshore and offshore.
• Create thorough recommendations for creatives, proposals, and scope of work documents for product innovation projects, while also identifying essential dependencies and gaps.
• Clearly present End to End solutions, detailing technical architectures, scope, and best practices for customers, including executives and collaborating stakeholders.
• Continuously enhance the knowledge, methodologies, and customer-facing materials of the Solution Architects team.
• Demonstrated experience in a top-tier consulting or technology organization, particularly in pre-sales for creative, product, or AI innovation roles.
• Strong motivation to address customer technical needs and swiftly convert pipeline opportunities into finalized deals.
• A blend of business and technical acumen, with the capability to articulate high-level technical solutions to business challenges and connect your solutions to program success metrics.
• Experience in architecting and estimating advanced technical AI custom solutions that handle large data volumes and operate in cloud environments.
• Background in professional services projects, specifically regarding integration with Web Services and REST APIs.
• Experience in implementing or selling electronic signature, document management, and/or business process management software.
• Industry expertise as a software engineer, data engineer, cloud architect, or a proven track record in relevant fields.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities, including the capacity to derive clear observations, analyses, and conclusions from customer interviews and data.
• Excellent customer engagement skills with a history of obtaining agreement from senior creative executives (e.g., Managers, Directors, VPs, CMOs, and CXOs).
• Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize various sales opportunities simultaneously.
• A standout team player who can collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve optimal solutions.
• A high level of intellectual curiosity, with an eagerness to learn and apply new concepts and technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• MBA, degree, or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Special consideration for candidates with experience and knowledge of APIs, SDKs, or custom integrations in enterprise software environments.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud APIs and Adobe Firefly APIs.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud solutions, Adobe Experience Cloud, or digital asset management solutions.
• Understanding of security, privacy, and governance considerations in AI implementations.
• Background in digital content production, creative automation, or personalization strategies.
• Industry knowledge in sectors adopting generative AI at scale, such as marketing, media, publishing, or retail.
