Applications Systems Analyst, Oracle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Participate as a member of the technical support team for Oracle and related systems.

• Detect and resolve technical issues associated with integrations between Oracle and other systems.

• Address inquiries, offer guidance, and assist users in troubleshooting their concerns.

• Record issues, monitor progress, and escalate complex problems to higher support levels.

• Contribute to and uphold a knowledge base of troubleshooting procedures.

• Conduct technical testing and collaborate with BAs and Workstream SMEs on functional testing.

• Handle conflicting priorities, including support after production goes live.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud in a technical support capacity.

• Proficiency in identifying and resolving technical issues efficiently and effectively.

• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

• Eagerness to acquire new skills and knowledge of systems.

• Capability to adhere to established procedures for testing and troubleshooting.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
