Applications Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Facilitates the interface between the Siemens NX CAD software and Aras Innovator PLM.

• Aids in the creation of software documentation and related procedures.

• Supports PLM support engineers in the daily execution of their tasks.

• Addresses and resolves issues faced by CAD users.

• May conduct user training in areas of specialization.

• May act as a subject matter expert (SME) for other departments, including participating in offsite audits as necessary to assist with PLM activities.

• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or engineering from a recognized four-year college or university is required.

• At least 5 years of experience in complex IT environments supporting Siemens NX CAD is required.

• Must be able to effectively articulate experience in collaborative team settings.

• Strong technical writing abilities along with excellent communication, computer, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.

• Must demonstrate strong organizational skills and the capability to manage complex projects with multiple phases of work.

• Eligibility to work under the Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810 is required.
