• Assist clients with escalated technical concerns

• Conduct testing and perform root cause analysis on products and services
• Outstanding problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining online ordering and automation systems
• Previous experience in technical support or a comparable role
• Excellent communication skills
