This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist clients with escalated technical concerns

• Timely respond to, update, and resolve support tickets

• Set up and manage online ordering and automation systems

• Conduct testing and perform root cause analysis on products and services

• Outstanding problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in configuring and maintaining online ordering and automation systems

• Previous experience in technical support or a comparable role

• Excellent communication skills
