Application Support Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Engage in an extensive 3-week training program to focus on a particular consumer lending brand.

• Handle a large volume of incoming customer calls.

• Assist potential customers throughout the loan application process, aiming to convert prospects into successful sales.

• Actively follow up with customers to promote the completion of loan applications.

• Clarify the features and advantages of Enova's products and services.

• Keep accurate and current records of customer accounts.

• Provide clear, professional, and effective customer service through both verbal and written communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in a call center is beneficial, though not mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced customer service setting.

• Outstanding communication and active listening abilities.

• Established track record of professionalism and empathy in customer engagements.

• Capable of thriving in a high-volume work environment.

• Exceptional adaptability and multitasking capabilities.

• Comfortable with new technologies.

• Proven success in a remote work setting.

• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

• Required to reside within 100 miles of Chicago, IL, or South Jordan, UT.
