Application Support – Managed Services Engineer, .NET

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Delivering L2/L3 and advanced L4/L5 application support

• Maintaining and supporting applications in a production setting

• Monitoring application performance and investigating incidents

• Analyzing application logs, errors, and system behavior

• Diagnosing technical and application-related issues

• Assisting with configuration, administration, and application modifications

• Conducting root cause analysis and supporting resolution of problems

• Engaging in knowledge transfer and application transition activities

• Collaborating with development, infrastructure, cloud, and business teams

• Assisting with releases, deployments, and production modifications

• Keeping technical and operational documentation up to date

• Adhering to established incident, problem, and change management processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, Managed Services, or a comparable technical role

• Technical expertise in the Microsoft / .NET ecosystem

• Capability to comprehend application architecture and troubleshoot technical challenges

• Experience in working with and analyzing application logs

• Basic understanding of databases, APIs, integrations, and application environments

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A proactive and accountable approach to resolving incidents and operational challenges

• Proficiency in English at B2 level or above

• Willingness to work in a support-centric environment

• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or equivalents) is a plus

• Familiarity with monitoring, ticketing, or ITSM tools is advantageous
