• Oversee incidents, problems, business support, development, enhancements, and configurations within the client's Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data 360 (Data Cloud) solutions.
• Ensure the monitoring, integrity, and availability of systems that support operations.
• Adhere to ITIL best practices regarding incident and problem management.
• Implement, manage, and sustain provisioning, configuration, and automation processes.
• Analyze application-related issues.
• Provide corrective and evolutionary developments.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience in 1st and 2nd line application support roles.
• A customer-focused approach, particularly within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data 360 (Data Cloud).
• Certified Data 360 (Data Cloud) Consultant certification is preferred.
