This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Deliver 1st and 2nd level support for Celigo Integration Apps (Shopify and Amazon), NetSuite OneWorld, and other integrated applications such as RF-Smart, SPS Commerce, Shopify, Zendesk, ClickUp, Miro, SmartFreight, and future systems.
• Adopt a proactive approach to troubleshoot and resolve daily operational challenges faced by business users and internal teams.
• Handle escalations to third-level support vendors and ensure compliance with SLA commitments.
• Collaborate closely with the Core Applications team, business users, and external consulting partners to design and execute system enhancements and integrations.
• Configure and launch new storefronts and marketplaces within the current Celigo integration environments.
• Create, test, and deploy new Celigo integration flows from development to UAT and production stages.
• Construct and maintain NetSuite saved searches, reports, workflows, configurations, and basic scripts.
• Examine and evaluate business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and propose process enhancements.
• Assist with testing, documentation, release support, and deployment activities for system upgrades.
• Offer support coverage during extended international business hours as part of an expanding global support initiative.
• Execute additional responsibilities as required by the Client and Systems Team.
• Practical experience in configuring and supporting Celigo Integration Apps, particularly Shopify and Amazon connectors.
• Demonstrated ability to build and deploy Celigo integration flows from start to finish, including testing and production rollout.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite OTC processes, encompassing order creation, inventory commitment, payout processing, deposit workflows, and GL impact.
• Experience in NetSuite administration, involving saved searches, workflows, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Broader experience in P2P, R2R, inventory, and logistics processes is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteQL, RF-Smart, SPS Commerce, SmartFreight, or similar systems is beneficial.
• Background in supporting integrated systems and managing third-party vendors.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
