This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take the lead in implementing the ORBIS Medication product, which includes electronic curve guidance, for our clients.
• Deliver medication-related IT solutions by managing installation, configuration, commissioning, and the transition to the customer.
• Facilitate kick-off meetings, oversee working groups, assess internal processes, and tailor the IT system to align with the clinic’s workflows.
• Organize and follow up on project-specific meetings, training sessions, and customer workshops.
• Assume responsibility for managing sub-projects.
• Conduct current-state analyses and devise target-state concepts.
• Develop conceptual documentation.
• Collaborate with project management, support teams, and product development.
• A degree in Computer Science or Medical Informatics, or alternatively, completed IT-related vocational training and/or qualifications in pharmaceutical technology, medicine, or nursing.
• Ideally, relevant professional experience in areas such as ward communication, operating room (OR), anesthesia, intensive care, nursing stations, or patient administration (inpatient and/or outpatient) — however, entry-level candidates, recent graduates, and Healthcare IT consultants are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of hospital medication processes (ordering/prescribing, administration, validation) and, if applicable, familiarity with pharmacy workflows.
• Preferably, experience in project management.
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 80% within the DACH region — Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• A strong affinity for utilizing modern IT and organizational tools.
• A friendly and confident demeanor with customers, along with excellent presentation skills.
• Proficiency in both German and English.
