Application Service Consultant – ERP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• As a member of the Data Exchange team, you will assist our clients with both functional and technical inquiries related to Proalpha ERP. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, evaluate, and resolve support cases. This position requires a blend of technical comprehension and process insight to ensure seamless operations within customer systems.

• Customer support: You will manage functional and technical inquiries from our clients through ServiceNow and take ownership of specific subject areas.

• Analysis: By conducting thorough error analyses on customer and reference systems, you will identify root causes and facilitate efficient business processes.

• Communication: In your interactions with customers (via phone and written correspondence) and internal specialist departments (such as development), you will coordinate solutions and ensure clear alignment.

• Professional development: You will establish individual professional objectives, continuously enhance your skills, and actively engage with new topics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A successfully completed degree or vocational training in a technical or commercial discipline.

• Experience with ERP software, technical support processes, and managing customer inquiries.

• Technical aptitude, proficient use of IT and modern software solutions, along with strong analytical skills.

• A service-oriented and structured approach to work, excellent communication skills, initiative, and a passion for diverse tasks.

• Proficient German language skills and good English language skills for communication in an international setting.
