Application Programmer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Troubleshoot and update Jenzabar-developed local customizations that are under maintenance.

• Engage with customers to convey solutions to their inquiries or problems.

• Prepare requirements and solutions tailored for Jenzabar clients.

• Advise customers on best practices and optimal solutions for their requests.

• Draft statements of work.

• Collaborate with fellow Jenzabar Developers on internal initiatives.

• Deliver technical outputs related to programming, integration, and system updates.

• Define requirements and use cases in partnership with customers.

• Assess the most suitable technical solution and develop it accordingly.

• Work alongside customers to ensure that the solutions align with their needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in an Accredited College/University or within the Higher Education sector.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects across various products independently.

• Possess strong team-building and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment.

• Capable of being innovative, creative, strategic, analytical, and thinking outside the box when addressing challenges.

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical issues and solutions to non-technical users.

• Experience using Jenzabar software.

• Development experience with Boomi, C#, XML, .Net, SQL, and REST API calls.
