Application Processor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the energy efficiency team to ensure effective evaluation, implementation, and verification of utility-sponsored energy efficiency initiatives.

• Assess project application forms and submissions from program partners, contractors, and other participants to confirm adherence to program policies and procedures.

• Conduct basic data cleaning, analysis, and interpretation.

• Perform desktop reviews and quality assessments of internal, external, and client materials.

• Examine technical specifications, work orders, completion certificates, and invoices related to energy efficiency initiatives.

• Enter records into the program database and manage applications for program incentive payments following established guidelines.

• Handle documentation for program incentive payments in accordance with set policies and procedures.

• Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of organizational processes to make independent decisions and act as a reliable resource for the senior management team.

• An associate's degree or higher is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional work experience (or candidates may substitute one year of relevant education for one year of work experience).

• Must successfully pass a background check.

• Ability to work autonomously, show initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

• Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
