This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Platform administration: You will oversee the technical operation, monitor system performance, and carry out maintenance tasks and updates of the ServiceNow instances.
β’ Configuration & development: You will independently implement technical requirements through module configuration and develop or adapt automated workflows.
β’ Data model project focus: You will lead the implementation of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM), maintain it, and construct a structured CMDB to transparently depict the application and infrastructure landscape.
β’ System integration: You will provide technical support for integrating ServiceNow with the existing system landscape and the API platform, working closely with the integration architecture team.
β’ Troubleshooting: You will analyze and effectively resolve complex technical incidents within the platform.
β’ Governance & standards: You will ensure platform governance by following best practices and conduct technical reviews of implementations.
β’ Stakeholder management: You will technically manage external implementation partners and work closely with IT architecture and business units to specify new solutions.
β’ Documentation: You will create and maintain the technical platform documentation along with the corresponding configuration guidelines.
β’ Completed degree in (business) informatics or an equivalent IT qualification with relevant professional experience.
β’ ServiceNow expertise: Proven experience in administering and configuring the ServiceNow platform.
β’ Methodological knowledge: Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) and familiarity with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
β’ Technical strength: Experience in process automation and ideally knowledge of API-based system integration.
β’ Personal attributes: Possess analytical thinking, a structured approach to work, and the ability to translate complex requirements into technical concepts.
