Application Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the seamless operation, upkeep, and ongoing enhancement of the ERP system

• Assisting business departments in the effective utilization of the ERP system

• Conducting employee training and developing documentation

• Recording and managing incidents and requests (2nd-level support)

• Evaluating and streamlining business processes in partnership with the business units

• Aiding in the rollout of new modules and applications

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or completed vocational training in computer science or an equivalent qualification

• Experience in supporting ERP systems — preferably Mosaik

• Familiarity with business processes in claims handling/processing

• An analytical and structured approach to work

• Excellent communication skills and a strong service orientation

• A self-sufficient, organized, and solution-focused work style

• Experience with ticketing systems is a plus
