This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address customer-reported issues escalated by Customer Services teams, including troubleshooting, conducting basic code analysis, triaging, and/or crafting SQL database queries to identify issues and provide resolutions.
• Assume responsibility for assigned tasks, ensuring follow-through on assignments until all issues are resolved and closed.
• Cultivate a strong understanding of product knowledge, aiming for subject matter expertise.
• Collaborate with senior team members to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and work towards effective resolutions.
• Foster, develop, and enhance cross-functional relationships; engage actively and collaboratively through internal communication channels, providing timely feedback on inquiries.
• Aid in monitoring system resources and application issues, escalating to the appropriate team as needed.
• Typically requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SaaS applications, ideally in a support context.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting using browser developer tools.
• Knowledge of SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or PHP is a plus.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
