📋 Description

• Establish product and service specifications driven by customer feedback and associated Thermoplastic hose applications.

• Provide technical training to customers and internal teams.

• Offer technical assistance for claims related to quality issues and performance challenges.

• Address technical inquiries and suggest improvements.

• Maintain accurate documentation regarding product performance through data collection and analysis.

• Foster innovation by gathering market insights and understanding customer needs.

• Lead and support customer-specific projects in close cooperation with all relevant stakeholders.

• Utilize product engineering tools, including specific requirements, and contribute to enhancement initiatives.

• Collaborate closely with other Business Areas and Central Functions within the organization.

• A bachelor's degree or higher, ideally in a technical field.

• Professional experience in product development, application engineering, or sales engineering.

• Proven experience in leading a project team.

• Preferably familiar with thermoplastic hose applications.
