This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer technical and sales assistance to customers, clients, dealers, and partners.
• Provide pre-sales technical support by posing relevant questions and showcasing applicable solution examples for manufacturing challenges.
• Implement software and conduct thorough post-sales training for customers.
• Resolve intricate technical issues in conjunction with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Foster sales growth and contribute to enhanced revenue.
• Track market trends and ensure activities align with established schedules.
• Guarantee the timely fulfillment of commitments.
• Oversee and prioritize various support requests and projects.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing and/or CNC programming.
• Experience in programming various parts, materials, and metal-removing processes.
• Comprehensive understanding of CNC machining, CNC control systems, and CNC machine tools.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software.
• Experience with milling and turning machines; multi-axis experience is preferred.
• Proficient in using and troubleshooting software applications.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T.
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Tools and familiarity with Salesforce.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build customer relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset.
• Well-developed organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple support requests and projects with resilience.
• Self-motivated, independent, and highly goal-oriented.
• Passion for innovative technologies and solutions.
• Must reside in the US West region.
• Valid driving license is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
