This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Lead technical initiatives that support both direct and indirect sales growth of Cimatron CAD and Mold products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales teams on technical presentations, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept for potential clients.
• Contribute technical insights during the preparation of proposals.
• Develop technical content for product marketing campaigns within the region.
• Represent the company at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and other industry events.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for customers and resellers.
• Oversee intricate technical support cases and ensure resolutions comply with SLA standards.
• Manage customer implementation projects encompassing installation, configuration, and workflow optimization.
• Guide reseller application engineers, promoting technical enablement through training and knowledge sharing.
• Maintain documentation related to software configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Relay customer feedback and solution requests to the product development team.
• Engage in beta testing and assess new product releases.
• Report software bugs and suggestions for improvements to the development team.
• Stay informed about developments in CAD/CAM/CAE, mold design, manufacturing, and competitive technologies.
• Facilitate the successful implementation of Cimatron solutions, support sales team enablement, enhance customer satisfaction, and promote retention.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical/manufacturing engineering, tool design, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the CAD/CAM sector, with a focus on mold design and manufacturing.
• Practical experience with Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM systems.
• Familiarity with plastic injection molding flow simulation software, such as Inspire Mold, is preferred.
• General knowledge of CAM programming is an advantage.
• In-depth understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in mold design utilizing CAD/CAE tools.
• Expertise in Cimatron CAD, Mold, and Electrode, or equivalent CAD/CAM software.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
• Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused approach with an emphasis on delivering solutions.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% for client visits, training sessions, implementations, and industry events.
