This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in both direct and indirect sales of Cimatron CAD and Mold products and solutions through exceptional technical capabilities.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proofs of concept during the pre-sales phase.
• Offer technical insights to the sales team while developing proposals.
• Create technical content for products to support regional marketing initiatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows, technical seminars, webinars, and various industry events.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for customers and resellers.
• Oversee intricate technical support cases pertaining to Cimatron CAD products and solutions.
• Address customer concerns within service level agreements (SLAs) and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer implementation projects, which include installation, configuration, and optimization of workflows.
• Guide reseller application engineers and promote technical excellence through knowledge sharing.
• Maintain documentation regarding software configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Relay customer feedback and solution requests to the product team.
• Engage in beta testing and assess new product releases.
• Report software bugs and request improvements to the software development team.
• Keep abreast of CAD/CAM/CAE technologies, mold design and manufacturing trends, as well as competitive technologies.
• Provide technical support, ensure successful Cimatron deployments, facilitate sales enablement, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, tool design, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the CAD/CAM sector, with a focus on mold design and manufacturing.
• Practical experience with Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM systems.
• Strong expertise in mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Proficient in mold design utilizing CAD/CAE tools.
• Skilled in Cimatron CAD, Mold, and Electrode or comparable CAD/CAM software.
• Familiarity with plastic injection molding flow simulation software, such as Inspire Mold, is preferred.
• General knowledge of CAM programming will be considered an advantage.
• Possess team leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Competent in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach aimed at delivering solutions.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% for prospect visits, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, customer training, implementations, and industry events.
