This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Provide technical presentations, demonstrations, and proofs of concept for potential customers regarding products and solutions.
• Offer technical insights to the sales team during the proposal creation process.
• Develop technical content related to products for regional marketing initiatives.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, seminars, webinars, and various industry events.
• Organize and facilitate training sessions and workshops for customers and resellers.
• Oversee complex technical support cases for Cimatron CAD products and solutions.
• Address customer issues within service level agreements and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage implementation projects that involve installation, configuration, and optimization of workflows.
• Guide reseller application engineers and promote technical development.
• Create and maintain documentation for configurations, customizations, and best practices.
• Relay customer feedback and solution requests to the product team.
• Engage in beta testing and assess new product releases.
• Report software bugs and suggest improvements to the development team.
• Stay informed about CAD/CAM/CAE technology, mold design and manufacturing trends, and competitive technologies.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, tool design, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in the CAD/CAM industry, particularly in mold design and manufacturing.
• Practical experience with Cimatron or similar CAD/CAM systems.
• Familiarity with plastic injection molding flow simulation software, such as Inspire Mold, is preferred.
• Overall knowledge of CAM programming is beneficial.
• Strong understanding of mold design and manufacturing processes.
• Expertise in mold design utilizing CAD/CAE tools.
• Proficiency in Cimatron CAD, Mold, and Electrode, or equivalent CAD/CAM software.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-focused approach aimed at delivering solutions.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% for visits to prospects, product demonstrations, proofs of concept, customer training, implementations, and industry events.
