This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical engineering and customer support services for the integration of engine and electrified powertrain test systems.

• Develop, commission, and troubleshoot mechanical infrastructure.

• Focus on battery, e-motor, and emission measurement systems, including commissioning test cells.

• Manage high-speed data acquisition systems and driver robots for vehicle testing.

• Implement and fine-tune control loops.

• Integrate simulation models and auxiliary equipment into testing systems.

• Generate commissioning documentation.

• Conduct reviews of test bed data acquisition automation software for test cycles and screens of testing systems.

• Service, troubleshoot, and calibrate industrial drives, dynamometers, and measurement and conditioning devices.

• Develop scripts to automate custom processes.

• Provide training to customers on system applications.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering, or a related field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant job responsibilities.
