This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop functionality for front-end web applications utilizing Angular, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
• Code and conduct unit testing for interactive and dynamic user interface solutions.
• Research, design, develop, test, and enhance enterprise-wide systems and applications.
• Support all stages of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze user and business requirements to plan and design software systems effectively.
• Create models and diagrams to guide programmers in the necessary software code for applications.
• Execute software updates, refinements, testing, and debugging processes.
• Prepare documentation on software project specifications, activities, and status updates.
• Document software and systems to facilitate future maintenance and upgrades.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.
• Aid in investigative capabilities related to fraud, waste, and abuse within CMS CPI.
• Work 40 hours per week during core hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST.
• Travel required is less than 10%.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in Angular and JavaScript or possess substantial knowledge in these areas.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, GitHub, and/or Node.js.
• Experience with AWS, Jira, and Confluence.
• Understanding of large, complex data sources using PostgreSQL or SQL.
• Experience with Agile or SAFe methodologies.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Must have resided in the United States for at least three out of the last five years prior to applying for a Federal ID Card.

• Preferred qualifications include experience with Spring Boot, ActiveMQ, data migration or maintenance, back-end development, and support for CMS and the Center for Program Integrity.
