This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

• The primary responsibility of the PAI architect is to serve as a bridge between the customer and our Abacus partners.
• Ensure comprehensive support for the end-to-end solution for each client/project, leaving no gaps.
• Create technical project documentation, including state-specific artifacts such as ADDs, RTMs, data flow diagrams, and project guides.
• Assist with go-live activities by ensuring all necessary documents are completed and approved.
• Manage security documentation and approvals, ensuring that we have the most up-to-date Abacus-generated security reports.
• Coordinate the establishment of state-specific business rules by collaborating with Abacus and state resources to identify and resolve anomalies during data ingestion.
• Oversee SFTP/MFT implementation to ensure connections are established, documented, and adequately supported.
• Manage SharePoint sites to facilitate the sharing of PHI and non-PHI documents with our external vendors.
• Provide problem resolution and issue management support for our solutions, addressing unanticipated one-off requests.
• Delivery Oversight – Responsible for the technical delivery of the product across multiple projects in collaboration with the Gainwell Project Manager.
• Communication – Act as the liaison between our external vendors, customers, and the project team, as well as Gainwell management.
• Teamwork – Capable of sharing knowledge and skills across all levels of the Gainwell team.
• Decision Making – Ability to keep projects on track by addressing and resolving questions and problems as they arise.
• Knowledge of Cloud Solutions – Familiarity with the boundaries and functionalities of our utilized SaaS solution.
• Process – Understanding of Gainwell, vendor, and customer processes necessary for successful project implementations.
• In-depth knowledge of CMS interoperability and the Patient Access Final rules, including CMS 9115, CMS 0057, and related Implementation Guides.
• Experience or understanding of FHIR/HL7 standards.
