This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.
• Deliver technical support, configuration, and maintenance for healthcare applications throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Evaluate and troubleshoot stakeholder issues to identify solutions.
• Collect, verify, and convert technological requirements into design and development specifications.
• Configure, test, install, implement, monitor, and sustain systems, applications, workflows, processes, and hardware.
• Document and suggest workflow adjustments and technical/functional designs that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors for third-party application integration, implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Address common issues, incidents, and problems in accordance with service levels and departmental standards.
• Act as project manager and execute project management tasks for small to mid-sized projects involving multiple teams.
• Work alongside colleagues, internal and external stakeholders, and vendors.
• Adhere to documentation and change management standards.
• Contribute to the creation of training and knowledge-based materials.
• Configure and integrate electronic and mechanical hardware with software products.
• Develop and comprehend business reporting requirements for end users.
• Engage in on-call and command center responsibilities, as necessary.
• Assist in creating and maintaining testing plans and scripts to verify system outputs and integrity.
• Participate in team, project, and departmental meetings.
• Collaborate with project requestors to finalize minimum viable products in ServiceHub.
• Request project and enhancement resources using the ServiceHub Resource Plan process.
• Maintain necessary certifications, including Epic certifications as relevant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel pivot tables, Visio, Project, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Extensive knowledge and experience in business and applications.
• Familiarity with system analysis and operating systems.
• Capability to assess needs and determine suitable approaches through documentation.
• Skill in defining problems and gathering data by establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions.
• Ability to read and interpret industry publications, professional journals, technical procedures, and governmental regulations.
• Proficient in writing correspondence and processing documents.
• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Two years of relevant work experience, or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree with four years' experience in a related area.
• Additional relevant experience may compensate for educational deficiencies with Supervisory and HR approval.
• Preferred Epic Beaker CP certification or accredited/Data Innovations certification.
• Must obtain certification on one or more Epic applications and maintain it.
• Ability to operate computers and IT equipment requiring finger and hand movement.
• Capability to see and read computer monitors and documents.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended periods.
• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM MT.
• Candidates should not reside or plan to reside in California, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington.
