This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +3 more states.
• Deliver daily technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues, addressing inquiries, and resolving system errors to guarantee seamless usage of the EHR system.
• Conduct routine maintenance activities, such as applying software updates, patches, and upgrades, to maintain the stability and security of the EHR system.
• Engage in testing and validation processes for system modifications, enhancements, and upgrades, adhering to established change management protocols.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of the EHR system to align with the specific requirements and workflows of healthcare providers and organizations implementing approved operational optimizations.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT specialists, clinicians, administrators, and vendors, to support EHR initiatives and projects while facilitating effective communication and coordination.
• Keep precise documentation of system configurations, user procedures, and support issues.
• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3 - 5 years of relevant IT or healthcare experience is required.
• Epic Implementation experience is preferred.
• Certification in one or more Epic Applications is mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with healthcare business processes and technologies.
• Proficiency in desktop tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
