This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with clients, product owners, and stakeholders to design and implement software solutions that effectively address business requirements.

• Responsible for planning, leading, and managing resources on intricate Appian software development projects.

• Opportunity to mentor and nurture both Junior and Senior Appian Developers while maintaining technical expertise.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4 to 5 years of experience in leading Appian software development teams.

• Previous experience with database and system integration is required.

• 8 to 10 years of experience in software development projects (Appian preferred).

• Must have experience working in an Agile environment.

• Certification: Senior Developer (Level 3) Appian Certification is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as software engineering, engineering, computer science, or similar fields.
