This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Implement App Store Optimization strategies for app listings, encompassing metadata updates, keyword refinement, and refreshing creative assets.
• Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and market evaluations to uncover opportunities for enhancing visibility and organic user acquisition.
• Assist in experimentation efforts by establishing, validating, monitoring, and analyzing A/B tests on app store listings.
• Evaluate performance metrics, such as installs, conversion rates, keyword standings, and trends in organic growth, then convert findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Creative, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering teams to execute optimization strategies that align with business objectives.
• Update app store listings to correspond with seasonal promotions, app launches, feature introductions, and changing customer demands.
• Keep an eye on app store algorithm modifications, industry developments, and competitor actions to pinpoint new opportunities and potential threats.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of optimization efforts and guide future strategies.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of three years' experience in App Store Optimization, focusing on driving organic growth and enhancing conversion rates for mobile applications.
• Familiarity with app store ranking criteria, search algorithms, and best practices for mobile acquisition.
• Proven experience with App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Sensor Tower, AppTweak, or other similar optimization and analytics tools.
• Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in Excel or equivalent data analysis tools to detect trends and reveal opportunities.
• Knowledge of A/B testing practices and a data-driven mindset for evaluating performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational capabilities, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to convey insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
