App Project Coordinator – m/f/d

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Development and ongoing management of the product roadmap

• Definition of product requirements, including user stories and specifications

• Collaboration with UX/UI designers to ensure an optimal user experience

• Serving as the interface among development, design, marketing, and management

• Conducting analyses of market trends and competitors

• Identifying new features and enhancements based on user feedback

• Creation and prioritization of backlogs

• Management of product releases and feature rollouts

• Optimization of internal processes and procedures, such as support, QA, and deployment

• Development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Collaborating with customer support to analyze and resolve issues

• Monitoring application performance and operational KPIs

• Introduction and maintenance of process automation tools

• Coordination with external service providers or partners

• Analyzing user behavior through tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, and Firebase

• Creation and presentation of reports and dashboards

• Measurement and optimization of KPIs, such as retention, conversion, and churn

• Conducting A/B testing to validate product decisions

• Close collaboration with management on strategy and objectives

• Organization and management of sprint and planning meetings

• Communicating with stakeholders regarding status, risks, and milestones

• Translating business requirements into technical specifications

• Monitoring and managing app stores, including updates, descriptions, and ratings

• Planning and implementing rollout strategies for new versions

• Managing bugs, user reports, and hotfixes

• Ensuring compatibility with new operating system versions for iOS and Android

• Participating in monetization strategies like subscriptions and in-app purchases

• Analyzing growth opportunities and expansion into new markets

• Developing user acquisition and retention strategies

• Collaborating with marketing for campaigns and product launches

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a similar business setting (experience with apps is a plus)

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or management-related discipline is preferred

• Proficient command of English; knowledge of German or Russian is an advantage
