This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead the sales and marketing efforts for Odos API solutions, concentrating on both paid tiers and enterprise collaborations.
• Create and oversee a pipeline of opportunities aimed at retail, institutional, and enterprise-level clients.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with retail and institutional partners to guarantee client satisfaction and successful API integrations.
• Assist clients throughout the post-sales journey, facilitating effective and impactful use of Odos APIs.
• Interact with institutional users to comprehend their needs, gather feedback, and share insights with the Product and Engineering teams.
• Work closely with key market players, including Web3 projects, financial institutions, and trading platforms, to enhance product value and drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Marketing, and Executive teams to synchronize sales initiatives with product delivery and business goals.
• Contribute to continuous enhancements in API functionality and user experience, informed by client feedback and market demands.
• Represent Odos at industry events and international forums, showcasing our capabilities and bolstering brand credibility.
• Present persuasive pitches to prospective clients, partners, and other stakeholders to encourage adoption and integration.
• 5-8 years of professional experience.
• 5-6 years in sales, trading, or investment banking positions.
• 1-2 years in crypto-native roles with proven expertise in the DeFi sector.
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain, DeFi protocols, and financial market structures.
• Familiarity with Smart Order Routing, token pricing, and advanced trading strategies.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and finalize high-value agreements.
• Crypto-native mindset, driven by a passion for DeFi and emerging technologies.
• Team-oriented and adaptable, with a focus on achieving results.
• Willingness to travel frequently to support global business development efforts.
