• Oversee and guide the sales initiatives with clients, independent sales representatives, and the internal sales team.
• Identify potential clients, initiate contact, and generate leads through networking, research, and participation in industry events.
• Engage directly with clients regarding project requirements, technical specifications, features and benefits, commercial terms, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and sustain a healthy and accurate sales pipeline for the assigned region, ensuring alignment with bookings and revenue objectives using the Company’s CRM system.
• Acquire technical knowledge of Dustex products and air pollution control (APC) technologies through internal training, ongoing education, and proactive research.
• Collaborate with the sales team to oversee proposal development, budgeting, and scheduling requirements for sales opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers, providing technical support and solutions.
• Create and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, emphasizing the value of air pollution control solutions and the Company’s products and services.
• Formulate and implement an individual sales strategy.
• Work alongside internal teams, including engineering and application engineering, to create customized solutions.
• Provide industry insights and reports on market trends within target sectors.
• Remain up-to-date on air quality regulations and industry standards.
• Contribute to the Company’s marketing strategy by providing content and creative ideas.
• Actively engage in conferences, team meetings, trade shows, Company training events, and other support activities necessary to achieve business goals.
• Complete various reports, sales plans, and sales forecasts.
• Address all customer conflicts promptly, professionally, and ethically.
• Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Engineering is preferred.
• Demonstrated sales experience within the industry.
• Experience in commercial terms and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of air pollution control technologies, industrial processes, and associated equipment.
• Proficiency in budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and proposal development.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
