APAC Operations Support Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Primarily tasked with delivering operational support for the region's O&M contracts.

• Enhance the operational efficiency and reliability of the O&M plants within the region.

• Oversee the maintenance of Operations Programs.

• Collaborate and coordinate with Plant Managers and Operation Managers across the region.

• Assist in tracking KPI metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of the Operations Program at the power stations in the region.

• Aid the Power Plants in adopting new tools and technologies within the Operations Program.

• Contribute to the development of digital solutions, establish, and lead validation plans and pilot implementations in close collaboration with digital teams.

• Coordinate with other GEV Power components to ensure optimal solutions for enhanced performance at the Power Stations.

• Assist with Mobilization Programs for new contracts in the region.

• Provide support, advice, and guidance to Plant Managers.

• Help regional sites in achieving the Lean Strategy for the O&M business.

• Support regional business growth as requested by the Region O&M Support Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management, encompassing technical, financial, and contractual aspects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance.

• Familiarity with GE Mark V, VI, VIe control systems for troubleshooting plant operational processes is a plus.

• Proficient in English and the local language of the region.
