APAC O&M Operations Support Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Offer operational support related to regional O&M contracts throughout the Mobilization, Execution, and Demobilization stages.

• Collaborate with Operations Support Leaders in various regions to uphold O&M playbook standards.

• Enhance the operations and reliability of regional O&M facilities.

• Manage Operations Programs, including processes and tools, to ensure safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally sustainable plant performance.

• Engage and coordinate with Plant Managers and Operation Managers.

• Assist in measuring KPIs for the effectiveness of the Operations Program at regional power stations.

• Facilitate the adoption of new tools and technologies to boost productivity and operational performance.

• Aid in the development of digital solutions and lead validation plans and pilot implementations alongside digital teams.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Digital, Commercial, and O&M plant teams to determine optimal solutions for power station performance.

• Support mobilization programs for new regional contracts and ensure operational readiness at COD.

• Provide advice and guidance to Plant Managers, mobilization personnel, and Regional O&M Service Directors.

• Assist regional sites in achieving the Lean Strategy for the O&M business.

• Contribute to regional business growth as needed by the Region O&M Support Leader.

• Carry out additional duties as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management, encompassing technical, financial, and contractual aspects.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance.

• Familiarity with GE Mark V, VI, and VIe control systems for troubleshooting plant operational processes is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and the local (regional) language.

• Strong analytical skills with the capability to analyze, support, and resolve operational issues at power plants.

• Ability to clearly articulate problems and solutions.

• Capacity to lead projects and work both independently and collaboratively in teams.
