APAC O&M Operations Support Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support related to operations for regional O&M contracts throughout mobilization, execution, and demobilization phases.

• Collaborate with Operations Support Leaders in various regions to uphold O&M playbook standards.

• Enhance the operations and reliability of regional O&M facilities.

• Maintain Operations Programs, including processes and tools, to optimize safe, reliable, economical, and environmentally responsible plant performance.

• Interface and collaborate with regional Plant Managers and Operations Managers.

• Assist in KPI measurement to evaluate the effectiveness of the Operations Program at regional power stations.

• Promote the adoption of new tools and technologies aimed at boosting productivity and operational performance.

• Contribute to the development of digital solutions, define and oversee validation plans, and pilot implementations in collaboration with digital teams.

• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Digital, Commercial, and O&M plant teams to pinpoint optimal solutions for power stations.

• Assist with mobilization programs for new regional contracts to ensure operational readiness at COD.

• Provide advice and guidance to Plant Managers, mobilization staff, and Regional O&M Service Directors.

• Aid regional sites in executing the O&M business Lean Strategy.

• Support the growth of regional business as directed by the Region O&M Support Leader.

• Perform additional responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

• At least 3 years of experience in operations, project management, or product management, encompassing technical, financial, and contractual knowledge.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Power Plant Operation and Maintenance.

• Familiarity with GE Mark V, VI, and VIe control systems for troubleshooting plant operational processes is advantageous.

• Proficiency in English and the local regional language.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze, support, and resolve operational challenges at power plants.

• Capability to clearly articulate issues and proposed solutions.

• Ability to lead projects and work both independently and collaboratively within teams.
