APAC Guest Speaker, Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vietnam.

📋 Description

• Qode Quorum is a monthly online sharing series that offers a relaxed, conversational platform for recruitment practitioners to exchange their daily experiences with AI tools: what is effective, what isn’t, and how to remain proactive in an evolving landscape.

• The agenda typically spans 60 to 90 minutes and features a main sharing session followed by a Q&A. The event will be streamed live across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook simultaneously.

• Participants will engage in a 75-minute online session, with an estimated personal sharing time of around 10 minutes.

• Attendees are required to submit a brief 30-second introductory video beforehand (a phone recording is perfectly acceptable).

• Two LinkedIn posts will be created to promote the event featuring you as a speaker - we will provide guidance on what to share.

⛳️ Requirements

• We are seeking Senior Recruiters, Talent Acquisition professionals, HR Managers, or Recruitment Leads located in APAC who possess hands-on experience with AI tools in recruitment and have a noteworthy story to share.

• Candidates should work in recruitment, talent acquisition, headhunting, or HR at any organization within APAC.

• Individuals must have personally utilized AI tools for sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidates, or any scenario involving AI communication with candidates.

• Must be comfortable discussing what has worked well and/or what has not in a relaxed, conversational setting.

• A desire to enhance your personal brand and expand your professional audience throughout APAC is essential.
