AP & Treasury Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Lead and oversee a team of professionals within the Treasury and Accounts Payable (AP) departments.

• Review and authorize cash management transactions, such as wire transfers, payment processing, and bank reconciliations.

• Supervise and ensure the seamless operation of Treasury and AP processes, encompassing cash management, liquidity forecasting, payment processing, vendor management, and reconciliation.

• Create and uphold policies, procedures, and controls associated with Treasury and AP activities, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and company standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cash flow, mitigate financial risks, and improve working capital management.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory developments pertaining to Treasury and AP functions, implementing necessary adjustments for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

• Conduct regular performance assessments, provide constructive feedback and coaching, and identify training needs to promote the professional growth and development of team members.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on cash flow, accounts payable status, and vendor balances to management.

• Oversee the coding, recording, and processing of invoices, expense reports, and employee reimbursements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.

• Prior experience as a supervisor in Treasury and/or AP functions.

• Strong understanding of cash management principles, financial analysis, and payment processing.

• Experience with processing, vendor management, reconciliation, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, senior management, and external stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented approach with a strong emphasis on accuracy and quality in all tasks executed.

• Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in Treasury and Accounts Payable.
