This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Prepare Statements of Advice (SOAs) and Records of Advice (ROAs) in accordance with Australian/New Zealand compliance standards.

• Conduct research on financial products, strategies, and market trends to assist adviser recommendations.

• Analyze client data, including assets, liabilities, cash flow, and risk profiles.

• Aid in developing customized financial strategies encompassing superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement planning.

• Ensure all documentation is precise, compliant, and aligned with client objectives.

• Collaborate with financial advisers, administrators, and external providers to collect necessary information.

• Review and revise existing financial plans as part of ongoing client servicing and annual assessments.

• Maintain client records and ensure accurate documentation within CRM systems.

• Assist advisers in preparing client presentations and review materials.

• Stay informed about regulatory changes and industry best practices in AU/NZ financial planning.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2 years of demonstrated experience as a Paraplanner or in a similar financial planning support role **(AU/NZ experience is essential)**.

• Strong grasp of financial planning concepts, including superannuation, investments, insurance, and retirement strategies.

• Experience in crafting SOAs and ROAs.

• Familiarity with AU/NZ compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., ASIC guidelines).

• Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic, Midwinter).

• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• High level of organization and dedication to accuracy.
