This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Assist with the daily operations of accounts payable.
• Handle communications and onboarding for vendors.
• Process invoices and support month-end closing activities.
• Ensure accuracy while managing large data sets.
• Analyze data to aid financial operations.
• Work collaboratively within the finance team in a remote setting.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role with a US-based organization.
• Familiarity with US accounting standards and best practices in accounts payable.
• Proven experience in managing vendor communications, onboarding, and resolving issues.
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational capabilities.
• Background in working with large data sets and conducting data analysis.
• Advanced skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO), Bill.com, Ramp, Salesforce, Tableau, NetSuite, Tipalti, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Capacity to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and spoken.
