• Handle incoming calls and place outgoing calls with professionalism, warmth, and precision.

• Adhere to call scripts and industry-specific protocols while attentively listening and addressing the needs of the caller.

• Conduct lead intakes, collect information, and document details meticulously.

• Arrange appointments and transfer calls to the correct contacts as required.

• Accurately and efficiently relay messages.

• Navigate various systems and keep comprehensive call records.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by showcasing empathy and patience.

• Provide support through live chat, SMS, and email.

• Assist with overflow support for other accounts as necessary.
