This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute short-, medium-, and long-term strategies for core and mid-level donor segments that are driven by data, focused on relationships, and highly segmented.

• Oversee the planning and implementation of 3–4 annual fundraising initiatives, encompassing direct mail, email, and digital fundraising.

• Manage strategies for donor acquisition to cultivate a robust and expanding donor pipeline.

• Identify major gift candidates for the Major Gifts Director and CAO, and conduct thorough prospect research.

• Provide thoughtful stewardship to maintain and engage core, mid-level, recurring, and lapsed donors.

• Develop engaging donor-centered content for appeals, stewardship, and campaign communications.

• Act as the primary administrator for Salesforce NPSP, ensuring excellent data integrity, workflow configuration, and system optimization for the Philanthropy team.

• Accurately and promptly process gifts, acknowledgments, and tax receipts.

• Oversee and maintain the Fundraise Up platform and online contribution processes within Salesforce.

• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, KPIs, and campaign insights.

• Work closely with the Communications & Marketing team to ensure timely creation of campaign materials.

• Manage relationships with external vendors, such as mailhouses, graphic designers, and print shops.


⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in annual fund management and philanthropic operations.

• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce NPSP.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (writing samples required).

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within and across teams.

• Experience in donor segmentation, stewardship, and campaign execution utilizing digital technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

• Experience in conservation or nonprofit settings (preferred).
