Analytics Manager, Marketplace

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance fundamental data models for reporting and analytics within a cohesive platform for buying, vaulting, and selling collectibles.

• Perform comprehensive analyses to refine customer experience flows, uncover opportunities, and guide business strategy.

• Integrate analytical insights and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with data platform, engineering, and product teams to establish essential metrics.

• Develop automated reports and dashboards to assess business performance and deliver actionable insights to executives and stakeholders.

• Drive and oversee growth initiatives utilizing strategic insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in a relevant product, data, or analytics position.

• Experience in marketplace or ecommerce environments is preferred.

• Proficient in extracting large, complex datasets using SQL.

• Skilled in creating data abstractions to facilitate reporting and analysis.

• Experience in building data pipelines with dbt is a plus.

• Familiar with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Lightdash, Mode, or Looker.

• Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to leverage data for impactful outcomes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.

• A Master's degree or equivalent in a quantitative discipline is strongly preferred.

• Highly autonomous, comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses a proactive mindset.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
