• You possess advanced expertise in analytics implementation, particularly in behavioral tracking, ecommerce measurement, experimentation frameworks, and business outcome measurement.

• You have a natural inclination towards automation, improvement, and simplification, enabling you to develop prompts, workflows, agents, and repeatable systems that enhance impact.
• You take initiative in tackling ambiguous problems, breaking them down into actionable steps, and providing solutions instead of merely raising questions.

• You communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating data insights into narratives suitable for executives.
• You have a genuine interest in emerging AI technologies and their effects on discoverability, customer behavior, and digital measurement.
• You exhibit a strong sense of self, allowing you to say no, provide feedback, and confidently articulate the value you bring to clients, even in challenging situations.
• You are passionate about mentoring colleagues and enhancing analytics capabilities across the team.
