This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collect reporting requirements from healthcare organizations
• Create and develop reports
• Execute testing and validation procedures
• Offer post-implementation assistance
• Work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of reporting projects
• Create analytics and data products that cater to specific customer and business requirements
• Convert data and analytics capabilities into practical solutions that are customer-focused
• Prioritize analytics projects and manage competing stakeholder expectations based on business impact and strategic importance
• Lead strategic process enhancements, oversee complex projects, and address challenging problems
• Preference for Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), or a similar professional certification
• Over 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data product management, including leadership roles in analytics initiatives or teams
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position within analytics, business intelligence, or data products
• Proven experience collaborating with clinical, operational, financial, and executive stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable analytics solutions
• Experience in defining and delivering analytics products based on customer issues, use cases, desired outcomes, adoption, and organizational value
• Ability to prioritize analytics initiatives and manage competing stakeholder demands based on business impact and strategic value
• Strong capability to bridge communication between technical analytics teams and non-technical business and healthcare stakeholders
• Proven focus on ensuring the adoption, usability, and measurable value of analytics products beyond merely delivering dashboards and reports
• Preferably possesses healthcare analytics experience with an understanding of how clinical, operational, financial, and executive audiences utilize data for decision-making
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
