This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, develop, and sustain scalable marketing data warehouses and data models.
• Construct and enhance data pipelines to fulfill reporting and analytics requirements.
• Consolidate data from various marketing and business systems into centralized data platforms.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Engineering teams to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the development of dashboards, campaign performance evaluation, attribution modeling, and customer segmentation.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation throughout analytics environments.
• Maintain established KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
• Proficient in SQL (Must Have)
• Experience in building and maintaining data warehouses
• Strong background in data modeling
• Practical experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data warehouse platforms
• Knowledge of data transformation and ETL/ELT processes
• Understanding of data governance and best practices for data quality
• Experience with Power BI
• Scripting or programming skills
• Familiarity with GitHub / Git version control
• Experience utilizing dbt, Fivetran, or similar data pipeline tools
• Awareness of AI tools like Claude
• Experience with marketing analytics platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe, or Google Analytics
• Background in marketing analytics or marketing operations
• Capability to translate complex data concepts into business insights
• Exposure to predictive or prescriptive analytics
