Analytics Engineer

📋 Description

• Assist in transforming data into reliable insights that inform business decisions

• Serve as a link between data engineering and analytics

• Develop scalable data models, semantic layers, and automated data pipelines that enhance reporting and dashboards

• Utilize modern technologies such as Snowflake, Power BI, dbt, and AI-driven analytics platforms

• Establish a unified source of truth for the organization

• Design and create analytics-ready data models and semantic layers within Snowflake

• Construct scalable data transformations and automated data quality processes

• Generate trustworthy datasets and standardized KPIs that facilitate consistent reporting

• Collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and business stakeholders to provide valuable insights

• Promote data governance, documentation, and user-friendly data definitions

• Enhance self-service analytics and AI-driven reporting capabilities

• Elevate data reliability, performance, and automation throughout the analytics ecosystem

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, BI Development, or a comparable data-centric role

• Proficient SQL skills with practical experience in Snowflake

• Experience in building semantic models and analytics solutions using Power BI

• Knowledge of data warehousing principles, including fact and dimension modeling

• Experience in developing and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, and testing frameworks

• Familiarity with version control and contemporary data development methodologies

• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and advanced analytics

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
