This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Collaborate closely with our stakeholders (such as Data Scientists, Product Managers, Designers, Engineers) on initiatives related to data, metrics, and analytics.
β’ Oversee the comprehensive development of analyses and tools utilized by your immediate stakeholders as well as various teams throughout the organization.
β’ Accountable for analyzing and interpreting data to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations aimed at enhancing the member experience and optimizing product performance.
β’ Work in tandem with the data engineering and data science teams to guarantee data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analysis.
β’ Steer the direction and execution of your projects, which range from crafting initial analyses and tools to designing scalable systems.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in a data analytics or data science role within the industry.
β’ At least 5 years of experience utilizing technical skills to manage large datasets with complex SQL and Python (or similar programming languages).
β’ Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark.
β’ Proficiency with visualization tools.
β’ Ability to navigate through ambiguity; capable of taking ownership and succeeding with limited oversight and processes.
β’ Proven experience in managing stakeholder requests, expectations, and relationships across a diverse array of stakeholders.
