This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Perform analysis on both quantitative and qualitative data through software tools and manual techniques.
• Interpret findings and present results to team members and stakeholders using visual aids such as graphs, charts, or mapping techniques.
• Extract and organize data from various internal and external sources to create actionable reports and presentations.
• Enhance the visual appeal of data to ensure ease of navigation and understanding for end-users.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to develop efficient data pipelines and integrate diverse systems.
• Create and oversee Customer Journey Analytics data views, segments, calculated metrics, and Workspace projects.
• Identify crucial metrics and design dashboards tailored for executive insights.
• Recognize business drivers, establish causal relationships, conduct analyses, and share insights with stakeholders.
• Validate datasets, perform sanity checks on numbers, and conduct quality assurance on deliverables prior to client submission.
• Remain updated on industry trends and advancements in analytics technology.
• Enhance Merkle's analytical methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Prepare interim and final deliverables for reuse by other Merkle teams, including the necessary rationale and metadata.
• Engage in innovation, process enhancement, and standardization efforts.
• Maintain project timelines, manage daily activities, and adhere to deadlines.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Present information to both small and large audiences, on camera and occasionally in-person.
• Utilize AI tools and adjust to new technological advancements.
• Troubleshoot webpages to determine the data sent to web analytics tools.
• Must be a US citizen and able to pass a US Government background check, including physical fingerprinting at a US Passport office.
• Bachelor's degree (B.S. or B.A.) or equivalent experience in statistics, analytics, economics, or a closely related quantitative discipline.
• Practical experience with business intelligence and digital analytics tools, such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Over 2 years of experience in quantitative analysis, preferably within a marketing or agency environment.
• Adobe Certified Professional – Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Business Practitioner (exam AD0-E608) or higher, and/or at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe CJA.
• Proficient in advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint capabilities.
• Preferred: Over 2 years of experience using Adobe Analytics to develop Workspace projects, segments, and calculated metrics.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform data collection or schema design.
• Preferred: Experience in an agency or consulting role managing multiple concurrent clients.
