Analyst, Trust & Safety Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Engage and coordinate with various departments to manage incoming requests and address quality escalations.

• Generate reports and provide insights into quality findings as part of quality assessment processes.

• Lead and/or take part in quality initiatives concerning suppliers and clients.

• Actively monitor and analyze internal data and statistics to identify and resolve atypical fluctuations in traffic at the supplier, client, and/or user levels.

• Offer contributions towards the development of new tools and products.

• Consistently update product and internal documentation.

• Investigate options, plan, and conceptualize ways to enhance the overall quality function.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ experience in the Market Research service industry is preferred.

• Proactive, inquisitive, and eager to learn new tools and processes.

• Ability to identify patterns and anomalies within data sets of varying sizes.

• Highly organized and proactive, capable of managing multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

• A commercial mindset to comprehend the implications of decisions made.

• Strong communication skills to build and maintain trustworthy relationships with various stakeholders.

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Tech-savvy with a solid command of MS Office applications.

• Skilled in Excel V-lookups.

• Competent in using pivot tables with filtering and formulas.

• Experience with de-duplication checks.

• Familiarity with Market Research data verification and validation.

• Ability to handle large file manipulations.

• Capable of providing clear and concise feedback on data findings.

• Ability to recommend necessary improvements.

• Knowledge of sampling criteria and panel management is a significant advantage.

• Availability to work during US EST hours.
